If you would like to mail your order please follow these simple steps.

2. Fill out the order form with your customer information and your order.
3. Call 1-800-496-3335 to receive a shipping charge amount for your order.
4. Mail the printed pages with a money order or check to:

Refund Policy

1. At Ferret Depot, we seek to satisfy all of our customers. That is why we offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee: If you are not completely satisfied for any reason with merchandise you receive from us, simply return the merchandise in new condition and request exchange or refund.
2. Returns must be made within 30 days of purchase.
3. All Items must be in new resaleable condition.
4. Customer will be responsible for shipping charges to return unless we shipped a damaged or incorrect item. Shipping charges for original delivery are not refundable unless we shipped a damaged or incorrect item.
5. Please include a note with your name, order number, and reason for returning the item, so that we can process your return more smoothly.
6. Any orders returned by the shipping carrier due to "refused delivery" or "not at home with several attempts to deliver" will be credited the merchandise amount minus the shipping charges incurred.

We accept Mastercard, Visa, and Discover for online and phone orders. We also accept Paypal for internet orders only. Please note that J & J Dog Supplies, Inc. will appear as our Paypal business name. You may fax your order with credit card information, or you may mail your order with a money order or personal check. Sales Tax applys to Illinois residents only.

United States Shipping Information

We Ship Via UPS and USPS using basic weight based shipping. At checkout our website connects to the UPS or USPS website to determine the shipping charges. You pay actual UPS charges determined by the weight of the ordered items. We also offer Postal service with a small handling charge. UPS is very reliable and your shipment is trackable. We ship to APO addresses via USPS.

Most UPS orders placed by 12:00 P.M. CST Monday-Friday will be shipped that day.
Postal is not a guaranteed delivery service. Postal orders will be shipped as soon as possible.

International Shipping Information

Shipment to all countries is by USPS only. Shipping and insurance charges will be determined when the order is processed by connecting to the USPS website to get the most up to date rates based on the weight of the products ordered and the shipping destination. All USPS packages are insured.

Placing An Order

To place an order at Ferret Depot please follow these simple directions.

Tracking An Order

All orders shipped by UPS Ground are trackable. If you provide your email address when you place your order you will receive your UPS Tracking Number once your order has been shipped.

All Domestic USPS orders will receive a tracking number via email once the order is shipped. Tracking number emails for UPS and USPS orders are sent once UPS or USPS has uploaded shipping information. (after 5pm CST)

If you forgot to enter your email address during checkout then email admin@ferretdepot.com and we will send you your tracking information.

For USPS International orders please email admin@ferretdepot.com for your tracking number.
