Ferrets, with proper training, can be potty trained. They tend to back into a corner to relieve themselves, so a high-back litter pan tends to work best. Unfortunately ferrets like to rearrange their cage so you will want to make sure the litter box is securely fastened so it isnt moved out of place. There are also some litter treatments and supplements to help maintain odor.
